Net Zero Accreditation standards help small to medium sized organisations make a meaningful and tangible start to their Net Zero journey.

By making the steps transparent, accessible and simple, these standards will help and reward every organsiation with a certificate and progress badge to display on websites, marketing materials, bids and tender documents.

The UK has set an ambitious stretch target to reach ‘Carbon Neutral’ no later than 2030 and Net Zero by 2050.

In order to meet these ambitious goals we all need to pull together expertise and experience, supporting each other to mitigate emissions on a massive scale in the short term.

Once you have started your journey, you will receive a recognition badge and action plan for internal distribution or external communications

such as tenders and finance applications (if required).

This enables consumers, stakeholders and supply chain organisations to review your actions and steps transparently, having trust in your carbon reduction plan..

How to qualify

To qualify for a Net Zero accreditation, organisations must carry out a carbon footprint analysis via internal means or by a third-party specialist consultancy. We will provide you will a detailed list of these standards to use whilst recording. Your carbon audit will then be reviewed by our carbon panel to ensure a robust audit has been carried out and meets the required criteria.

The Net Zero Accreditation is currently being awarded to organisations in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly and Devon who have enrolled in Shared Prosperity funded Net Zero transition programmes.
